So, after making my first post in November I have eventually gotten around to actually writing this blog. I've been a bit stumped on what to write about but my favourite dresses from my favourite brand seemed like a good place to start.
Starting from number 10 ~
10. Petit Patisserie- Tiered JSK Pink
Petit Patisserie is a really nice print, it's a shame that most of the cuts are horrible!
9. Wonder Story- Collar JSK Sax
Wonder story was one of the first prints I really loved, the sax and pink together in this dress just look so good!
8. Chess Chocolate- Jabot JSK Ivory/Princess OP Mint
I actually hated CC when I was first getting into lolita, maybe because I wanted to be so ~edgy~ and ~different~ or maybe I just really didn't like it. Either way, my mind has changed and CC has won my heart.
7. Honey Cake- Yoke JSK Mint
Honey Cake was probably my first ~dream dress~ ever. I'd still love to own it but it doesn't come close to the top of my list now!
6. Fancy Box- Shoulder Frill JSK Blue/ Switching Chest JSK Ivory
Fancy Box is such a cute print, I have the switching JSK in ivory but I'd definitely still like another colour because I think this print is really versatile.
5. Day Dream Carnival- JSK Sax/ Tiered JSK Ivory
Ah, DDC. When the pictures were first released I didn't see the big deal but soon, like everyone else I was swept up into the hype. The best part about DDC in my opinion is the gradient effect of the print, along with the sheer fabric for straps and overlaying.
4. Rose Last Note- OP Mint
I actually only just discovered this dress today while depressingly scrolling through all the lolibrary AP entries (that i don't own). I know AP's non print items tend to get little if any attention which is a shame because this dress is so beautiful!
3. Romantic Rose Letter- Special OP Lavender
AP's newest release, there's not much I can say other than it's completely gorgeous and I will forever lament not being able to get the super special and exclusive OP version.
2. Misty Sky- First Release OP Sax
I think Misty Sky is a print people tend to love or hate. I would love to own every cut and colourway but unfortunately they would all be mini dresses on me. WHY AP WHY.
1. Cat's Tea Party- JSK Pink
Will there ever be a print more perfect than cats having a tea party? I'm thinking not. This is my ultimate dream dress because of its grown-up sweetness, understated elegance and obviously because it's covered in cats.
